What Do You Need Surveyed
Six common projects in {{CITY}} and {{COUNTY}} County, and the survey each one needs
Building a fence or addition?
You need a Boundary Survey, or a Fence Survey to stake the line before the fence goes in. We find your property lines, set corner markers, and show you exactly where you can build - so your fence stays on your side.
Closing on a home or refinancing?
You need a residential Lot Survey. Your lender requires it to confirm lot dimensions and check for encroachments before approving your mortgage.
Need elevation data for your architect or engineer?
You need a Topographic Survey. We map contour lines, drainage, utilities, and grade changes - everything your design team needs before they start planning.

Told you're in a FEMA flood zone?
You need an Elevation Certificate. We measure your floor elevation against the Base Flood Elevation - and can help with a LOMA to lower your insurance.
Buying acreage or raw land?
You need a Boundary Survey. We retrace the original deeds, recover corner evidence, and establish your property lines from the ground up.
Commercial property transaction?
You need an ALTA Survey. The national standard for title insurance - covering improvements, easements, encroachments, and zoning for your lender.
What Are FEMA Flood Maps?
FEMA's Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) are created after a flood risk assessment is completed or updated for a community. These maps show Base Flood Elevations, insurance risk zones, and floodplain boundaries. Once your property's flood zone is determined, FEMA uses that classification to calculate the flood insurance rate you pay.
Our licensed surveyors in {{CITY}} pull real-time data from FEMA's Map Service Center to prepare your Elevation Certificate - the official document your lender and insurance company need to verify your building's lowest floor elevation against the Base Flood Elevation. If your property is incorrectly mapped in a flood zone, we can support a LOMA application to FEMA to get you removed, potentially lowering what you pay in premiums.

{{CITY}}, {{STATE}} Local Surveying Team
We're a local land survey company, not a national chain dispatching whoever's closest. Our licensed land surveyors are based right here in {{CITY}} - we know the {{COUNTY}} County plats, the flood zones, the subdivisions, and the terrain. When you call, you talk to someone who actually works in your area.
Licensed & Insured
Fully licensed in the State of {{STATE}} and carrying professional liability insurance. Every survey is legally defensible and signed by a licensed surveyor - not a technician.
Local Knowledge
We know {{COUNTY}} County's plats, the older subdivisions with quirky boundaries, and the flood-prone areas that need elevation certificates. Fewer surprises.
Modern Equipment
RTK GPS, robotic total stations, and drone-mounted LiDAR. The same survey-grade technology the big firms use, operated by our local surveyors.
Clear Timelines
We respond to inquiries within 2-3 business days. Most residential surveys are completed within 2-3 weeks of authorization, and rush service is available for closing and permit deadlines.
